Elpee's Heidelberg workshop supports structural steel processing, fabrication and pre-assembly for industrial and commercial projects.
A 3,000+ m² fabrication base.
Elpee's publishes a workshop footprint split across three sections: 450 m², approximately 560 m² and a 2,060 m² extension completed in 2009. Material handling is supported by overhead cranes ranging from two to five tons.
Equipment includes horizontal band saws, an 80-ton punching and shearing machine, a 3,000 mm guillotine, a 200-ton hydraulic press brake and a 12 m × 2.4 m CNC profile cutter.
Workshop drawings are prepared using StruCAD, and the company states that structures are pre-assembled where possible before being sent to site.
